What I do

Women reach their 40s and 50s with so much wisdom and experience. It should be a time of joy and confidence. But so many arrive at this stage feeling like they have been shaped and moulded along the way, into people they no longer recognise.

I help women shake off those outer layers created by others. Then they can rediscover the amazing woman inside and plan a future that is aligned with their true self.

My coaching programmes are designed to get under the surface, identify the source of issues, reveal negative thought processes and beliefs, and re-awaken the fire within.

My background

I live in West Wickham with my husband and two teenage sons, one of which has autism. My parents moved in with us in 2021 when they were relatively fit and healthy, as I am an only child and wanted them nearer to us when they started to need me more. Since then my dad has been diagnosed with cancer and my mum with dementia. Although challenging at times, it is wonderful living together as a multi-generational family.

I have worked in the charity sector and local government for over 20 years, supporting and empowering individuals and communities to make change. After Covid, I started supporting female staff at Islington Council, developing equalities plans, running consultations and chairing several forums alongside running the menopause cafe.

My journey into coaching

Re:Find coaching was developed from a combined passion — the love of coaching, and empowering women. As a woman in midlife myself, I realised that many women struggle with the same challenges all centred around changes in relationships and self-identity; Menopause, retirement, kids leaving home and sandwich caring.

What started as supporting a few female staff to improve their experiences working in a male-dominated environment in local government has grown into a coaching company dedicated to rekindling the spark many women have lost as they enter the prime of their lives.

Coaching has been transformative for me and is something I have been travelling towards all my life.

Invaluable. Enlightening. Enriching."

"It felt great that the time was dedicated to me, to speak about anything and everything I wanted. Felt as if I was putting myself first for once.

I have a sense of purpose. I have a new job, and I have been able to set boundaries to protect my time and my family time."
